Dental Assistant responsibilities include:

Assisting dentists in all phases of chair-side dental treatment using four-handed method.

  • Radiographs
  • Temporary Crowns, 3-D Scans
  • Clean instruments including sterilization of all instruments utilizing all infection control policies
  • Instrument and materials set-up for all aspects of dental care.
  • Knowledge of composite materials, cements, bases, varnishes and temporaries
  • Four-handed assisting techniques, instrumentation for crown and bridgework
  • Knowledge of removable prosthetics and impression-making
  • Knowledge of Invisalign
